Specifications related to data usage and collection
In general, you can consult our websites without divulging any personal information. However certain services you use do require the collection and storage of a certain number of elements that are automatically identified: the date and time, IP address, domain name, browser and operating system used (if the browser communicates this information) address of the page or pages visited (if the browser communicates this information), the object requested and the state of the execution of the request. This data is collected using cookies, with the aim of improving our services, and to compile statistics.

Cookies and other devices
As mentioned earlier we collect anonymous information when one of our websites is visited, which allows us to better serve our customers. For example, we register the domains via which you access our websites, and measure visitors' activity on our websites, but the information remains anonymous. This information helps us to measure the number of surfers that consult each part of our sites and to make them more useful to visitors. This includes the periodic analysis of activity reports, which records this information to measure our servers' traffic, the number of pages visited and the level of demand for certain pages and interest in the different subjects . These reports may be stored indefinitely and used at any time and in any way to prevent security breaches and protect the integrity of the data on our servers.
To collect this anonymous information we use different devices, including 'cookies'. A cookie is a piece of data, sent to your browser from a website, which is then stored on your hard drive. Cookies are found in the private sections of our sites (if the user registers); they serve to register the visitor's password so that he or she does not have to enter it during each visit. These cookies include the following information:
- IP address
- Certain categories requested during registration: User name, surname, first name, E-mail address and date of birth etc.
- If the user checks the box 'remember user name and password', these two elements are encoded and added to the 'cookie'
- If a user registered on one of our private sections returns to the site without logging in, the elements stored in the 'cookie' allow him or her to be identified (except if he or she has manually deleted the cookies, in which case the server will automatically generate a new cookie)

Our staff and subcontractors that have access to personal data sign a written agreement that obliges them to respect the privacy of our visitors and the confidentiality of their personal data.
Private personal space
Some of our sites allow you to create a private space that provides you with access to a personalised Internet page. This address can be clearly identified: you access your personal Internet page by clicking the link 'OK' after identifying yourself by means of a login and password and authorise us to collect information from visits during this session. We use the information obtained in this way to offer you more efficient services.
Nevertheless we try and do everything possible to study the content of our partners and advertisers' sites before entering into any collaboration with them.
Advertising on our sites
On our websites you will find advertisements managed by our team or our partners' teams. Our internal advertising team filters advertisers.
On the other hand we are not responsible in any way whatsoever for adverts managed by external teams. However, if one of the advertiser sites displays illicit content or does not provide an adequate data security level, we will act immediately with the external teams to stop the advertisement in the briefest possible time frame.

Creating new services on our sites may require changes to this policy statement on data protection. In this case we will announce the changes in this section.
If you have any questions concerning our data protection policy please contact us using one of the channels available to you, specified in our 'Legal Notices' section.
